Class Refund Policy

The American Red Cross Willamette Chapter cannot refund payments for any classes.  A class may be cancelled if less than six (6) people are enrolled.  If a class is cancelled, registered participants will be rescheduled or, upon request refunded their class payment in full.

Students may request a transfer to another class by notifying the Willamette Chapter at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start date.  A $5.00 fee will be charged to transfer classes with less than 48 hours notice.  You may transfer classes only once.  Students who fail to attend their registered class and do not notify the Willamette Chapter prior to the class start date will forfeit their class payment.

*CPR Challenge: Class payments for this course cannot be applied toward the cost of a full course when a student is unable to pass any portion of the challenge course.
