The American Red Cross Willamette Chapter cannot refund payments for any classes. A class may be cancelled if less than six (6) people are enrolled. If a class is cancelled, registered participants will be rescheduled, or upon request be refunded their class payment.

Students may request a transfer to another class by notifying the Willamette Chapter at least 3 business days before the scheduled class start date. A $5.00 fee will be charged to transfer courses with less than 3 business days notice.

Students who fail to attend their registered course will forfeit any fees paid. However, if a student contacts the Willamette Chapter within 3 business days of the original class date to reschedule, they will receive a 50% discount on a future class.
