Returns of unused unopened and/or exchanges of defective products and kits may be made to the Willamette Chapter Store by calling the Health & Safety Department at (503) 585-5414. All requests for returns and credit must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Returns should be sent by a trackable method to:

Credit will be given for products returned, less shipping charges. For exchanges of damaged products or kits please contact the Health & Safety Department before shipping your item.
